The Importance of Trust in Yourself
I was constantly being pulled in all these directions to make the final decision. I just started turning it back around to them. Like sometimes now when I get questions from people be like, should I do this or that or hey, the situation came up, I will ask them, what do you think? It's really interesting when you turn that question back around to see that 99% of the time, they already have a pretty clear idea of what should be done. They just have this almost this crutch because it's a habit of leaning back on letting you have the final say.
