Multi Family Pricing Hasn't Adapted, or Will It?

There's just been a huge amount of interest in multi family housing, because the things we've been talking obut, there's a lot of demand. A cap rate is basically a way of valuing multi family properties based off of their income. In second quarter of 22 they were, om, four and a half%. And that was down from five % in om the second quarter of 20 21. The sales volume for total deals done was like one of the highest it's ever been.
