Biden's Leverage on the Supreme Court Could Trigger a Constitutional Crisis
Biden is using this leverage to force the House GOP to consider a world where he doesn't need that, right? Yeah. I do think there's going to be some consternation amongst his own people. And you're going to see some of the more extreme members of his caucus calling him out for that. But my second most likely scenario is if Biden forces the Supreme Court's hand. That has, you know, it'll trigger a bit of panic in the bond markets as people start to doubt the sort of full faith and credit in the US.
