There's no dispute over who on texas or florida? Trump. The whole school of ethics is based on the massive gray areas we have in society. There'd be no ethics courses if everything was black and white. What right? If the answers were obvious, why would you have the coursed? But this isn't mathematics, algarithms, trigonometry, the quadratic equation. This is he law. And the law that sometimes seems black and white, the constitution delegates the power to slate legistate legislatures,. isn't, because it also delegates powers to the vice president.
