I usually I'll just hold so let's say I get to here and I fit failure I'll hold it isometrically for as long as I can. Then when I can't hold it anymore I'm doing a slow eccentric whether I want to or not. And then I just keep that eccentric as slow as I can all the way until I you know finish the rope. It's basically failing on concentric then holding isometric to failure and then failing on eccentric. So no matter where you fail in that rep you just stop right there and then start failing in the opposite direction correct exactly?
