Microsoft's create has touched at least 40 DoD programs of record with an aggregated budget of something like $50 billion. 2,500 users may not sound like a lot to if you're Microsoft, but it's almost everybody in the Department of Defense who could possibly use it. "I think we're firmly established as a part of the Department of defense's migration toward digital engineering," he says.
