As a customer, you also gain insights on the usage of your customers. We have what's called API analytics that basically shows you per group, per product, per API, or per subscription, how many calls they did. That is also a good source for your uptime. Because if you have one customer that is hitting your APIs, you can easily pinpoint who it is. So say, hey, if you're not going to back off, we're going to add more rate limiting just for you.
