Progression from 2:29 to coaching himself

Truly one of the most incredible stories from the running space! Full-time teacher Charlie Sandison ran 2:15:38 at Valencia Marathon in 2025 and has qualified in the elite field for this year's London Marathon. Such a pleasure chatting with Charlie, he's pushing the limits whilst teaching primary education full time. He talks about routine, how he manages volume is such a busy role & why running is so similar to teaching.
