How Young Is Too Young?
The business is moving a lot younger. Kids are getting signed at 11 or 12 years old sometimes, because that's what some of the competitors are doing. So it forces everybody to go younger. But I wouldn't say it changes the mindset of we're signing someone younger or later. We look more at the long term potential than where it stands today.
