Hunter Biden's Legal Exposure to Double Jeopardy

Hunter Biden's legal team believed his legal exposure would end by pleading guilty to misdemeanors today. But now Hunter is exposed to possible indictments for money laundering and far representations with his foreign agent representation act. So that what the judge seems to be doing is like, okay, I guess government, if you want to have a plea deal on taxes, that's fine. You are not going to be protected from double jeopardy, double jeopardy, meaning you can't be tried twice for the same crime.
