Climbing is like a never ending quest to find depth of effort in your mind. concentration and focus gives you good form, which also allows you to activate those reluctant muscle fibres that are not wanting to fire. If i was going through a period where i didn't have immediate climbing goals, i probably would start to move towards more more days on agan. But i not focusing more on the quality of each set then anything. That's whati put the most effort into. And that's really whawhat makes a big difference to me.
