Is There a Consensus on Nato?
There is no consensus about whether ukranians themselves want to join nado. Some do, some don't, but nobody's asking them. The only guarantee that ever we can have of our security, iis going to be membership in nature. But it is not on the cards. Now, i think what he is trying to do is change the domestic politics of ukraine. And he thinks that and there are going to be a lot of actions that have been undertaken in the past,.
