There's different ways to go about trust in a ledership role. There's some leaders who give their undying a hundred % trust immediately, and then often, you know, they might get burned. You should come in and say, you have to earn my trust, an ging to start at the opposite spectroom. Allow and empower your subordinates and trust them to a certain degree. But then the second part of that, which is vital, is to verify. And as they show a pattern of continuing to do that successfully, youst kind tof give them more and more Trust.
