Did They Make the Police Kill Less People?
Social science is an issue in social science, like a lot of things are off limits. People really didn't want to look at, did these guys cause more black death? And so we did this, this index. The cities that did well weren't the cities you'd expect um, like new or york city apparently had. It was very often sort of mid sized cities that have a problem with municipal corruption.
