In terms of the timing, we launched it in April of 2014 after founding the company in August of 2013. Frankly, I think we probably did that too quickly. We sort of were anxious to get the product out there. And so, you know, I think you could probably take a little more time than we did. In terms of doing customer research and things like that, I think this is an area where we actually underinvested.
