i'm not aggressive at all, so when it happens, it's very strange. So in certain situations that demand it, i had to teach myself the habit of controlled aggression. The first step is to be clear about the goal. And does that goal require you to be aggressive at all? If it does, don't use it. You see, when we are aggressive, we're only using brute force.
