The Impact of IRS's Expansion on Americans

The provision does not appear in the text of the bill and some are saying they've agreed to it. But if it's not in the text, you know what, anybody's word in Washington is worthless. The only person that's been honest that this is going to impact most people in America that make under $400,000 a year was Janet Yellen. She probably got yelled at pun intended because she said what we knew to be true to from the beginning.
