Is Ron DeSantis the Leader of the GOP?

CNN's John Sutter talks about the midterms and Ron DeSantis as Florida governor. He says Republicans should be happy that independents voted for Democrats, even if it was by a small margin. The GOP is still in control of both houses of Congress but faces an uphill battle to win back voters who are fed up with political drama. "I didn't know that I liked seeing Ron deSantis as kids," he said.
