The Crazy Scenario That Donald Trump Goes to Trial in the Middle of an Election Season
Dershowitz: In 60 years of this doing this business, I've never seen a weaker indictment than New York. The only thing we know for sure is he can run for president, even if he's in prison. For these crimes, these crimes did not endanger national security. They are not espionage. He says the word espionage should not be allowed to be used in the trial by the prosecutor. And if he does use it, there should be a mistrial with prejudice.
