The Risks of Geopolitical Situations

North Korea has been doing drills outside of South Korea for years and they have never done anything. So it's a very strategic play that goes into play with these military games. Sometimes it means full-out aggression, sometimes it's just a pump fake. I'm telling you guys to just listen. And then also sometimes people sometimes countries do drills and nothing ever happens. There's a precedent for that.
