It's a bit of an odd place for there to be a poster. Don't tend to have posters in tunnels unless it's at a station. But isn't that how double exposures happen when there's a dark part of a photo, say a dark window? And then there's there's a mark underneath there. It's the kind of special effect that you would put on a poster. The lightning is quite interesting. To be like, oh, look, it's the electric chair, man. Like a superhero. But the worst superhero ever.
