The Importance of Accounting for Russian War Crimes
If you're going to end the war, that involves lifting sanctions on Russia. There's going to have to be some accounting for the Russian war crimes in Ukraine. I don't believe Ukrainians would agree to lift any sanctions on Russia under these conditions. And I'm not sure that saying Ukrainians are going to get Fatigue and we would have already long since had Fatigue takes into account the complexity of what is involved in ending a war.
