Is There a Right Answer?
I think i always had a passion for leadership, as i was in leadership positions on high school sports and throughout our r t c programme. And then of course, going into the military, seeing those different things put into practicee some of them are great, some of them were poor. In addition to some of the civilian experiences i've had with leaders, i'm like, this is really, it's just fascinating. Ye, you know, i like it ta chess in a way. You can learn, you can learn the basics in a day, but it's a light, it takes a lifetime to master. I've been leading for 33 years, and i'm still learning something
