How De-Institutionalization Can Help With Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
The majority of people with intellectual developmental disabilities, the last I checked it was over 70%. Now don't live in any kind of congregate facility. They mostly live with a family member at home. Some of what disability rights movements did also had a lot to do with these kind of economic, political economic changes that you just talked about.
