I Think It Represents a Cultural Change, Right?

There was a study that showed maybe better outcomes if the physician is a woman. I think there's an old guard where it's like, i'm a doctor, that's all i do to work 80 hours a week till i die. We put a lot of value on on wellness and work life balance. And so i do think that that has to be part of the discussion,. right like? Bcause more and more people are going to need them.
