No Naked Carbs - I Love That Idea!

I've always had the belief and the rule to not eat carbs and fats together, because you'll store the fat. So no naked carbs is a great axiom or rule, but keep it with protein and not fat. Combining sugar and fat together, your body has to deal with the gluccos in your blood stream,. And so it will either oxidize or burn the glucos and store the fat as well. But if someone is looking to gain weight, it's a great way to do it.
