Coaches are flawed, we're not perfect. So part of it is, don't have standards in th culture that you know you're just not going to follow yourself. You can't be the guy losing his mind on every travel or every three seconds, and you're talking to kids about self control. Leading by example is huge,. whether it's the language you use, your body language. The kids seem to see how you're out there first, your last one to leave, and things like that.
