Missus Justice Whipple Was Not Impressed by the Defendant's Expert
Missus justice whipple was also not persuaded that the defendant's expert had a great deal of experience in dealing with the patients. She found her to be overly dogmatic about the classification of mental illness, sometimes ignoring the evidence in order to put across her arguments. So over all, missus justice lople was not impressed by the defendants expert, did not find it to be helpful, and therefore placed little or no weight on her evidence at court.
