How to Build a Core Audience on Social Media

I saw at the open this year, actually, well last year now, at the old course, it was noticeable that you've obviously really built a hardcore following. Do you think social media has helped with that as such? I don't respond to every message because it's just simply impossible. But when you do get an opportunity to say thank you to someone or like a tweet, it carries a lot of weight.
