How to Build a Successful Detailing Business

If I was doing mobile, I would have trucks or a fleet of mobile people that worked for me. Those people don't really handle the customer. So you'd want to have a staff back at HQ. It's dealing with the customer. You're providing a service. You're not near building business. And so detailing is a very difficult business to not have like five people all doing, like jack of all trades do anything.
