A bit? Yes, here, they let the merger through, but they intervened on the conduct. And the action that they took was against peters, of course, and not p f but it all got a bit tangled together,. There was even some concern that submissions to the murger review might be shown to p f d as part of the court case - which could have been awkward. Though in the end, they only went to the lawyers on both sides. This is all very interesting
