I think like Joel Salatin points this out, we're always trying to take the things of nature and biology and make them industrialized. And it doesn't work that way. Like people, you can't microwave Christian growth. You're really going after a pastor and you're training him Dan, like you would a business person. So one of the things I've often said about this model of identify, train, hire, send a seminary, send a small church, climb the ladder, blah,. blah, blah, is I think it's flawed down to the foundations.
