The original sin, honestly, was allan green span and the irrational, exuberant speech. And so the fed moved into a situation where i call them a central asset manager and not a central bank. They were very reluctant to to remove itthat now is the fed put done? Because that's what everyone saying. A i would say you have to actually go back a little further.
