Unionization in Brazil is below 20% so we already have a quantity issue here whenever we talk about general strike in brazil or like stopping the country. Right-winged unions are working directly with the employers and this is already one of the issues here because it gets into economism right? Uber drivers taxi drivers don't want to be properly registered with Uber or iFUJI but they might want other benefits, he says. The idea that while i can't rely on others so i can make it on my own there's some flexibility uh in my in my work day so this is important for me he adds.
