In Enron, there's a couple of ways we can look at this. The up rounds become the capital that allows the fraud to perpetuate itself. And you have someone that's charismatic and has the ability to keep you stringing along. But again, I got to also come back to there is some human condition here that leaves us vulnerable to taking our eye off what should be viewed as in plain sight sometimes.
