Can you give us a sense of the multiple of earnings that it would have been afor the cash up front component that you were agreeing toa for listeners to get rough sense multiples that you are looking at. I mean, it wts different in every industry, and it's really whateverso, l y, why they want to buy you? Is it the location, or whatever? So it could be anywhere from four to ten times, oror sometimes more. It just depends on how good of a negotiator you are as well. Yes.
