Giva Wireless is commercializing a technique that you mentioned, Backscatter. The basic idea is how can we build ultra-low-power wireless connectivity solution. Giva does that by using a technical Backscatter where instead of generating our own radio signal, RF signal, that's what all radios do. We instead reflect existing signals to create data packets.
