Illich's Relationship to Charles Taylor
I think that Illich's relation to all these thinkers would be you know complicated Charles Taylor. There are certainly affinities between Taylor and Illich in a secular age towards the end. I could see people that that are in that circle reading Illich and and reading him with profit and saying oh yeah this is help one good or fitting some of Illich's work into their project but I think the projects taken whole are aren't nearly as compatible.
