Is There a Hospital at Home Care Plan?

So i think you've defined acute care as opposed to chronic care. So just for the benefit of our audience, what's the rigorous definition that would would define acute care? Every hospital facility has a defined set of criteria that a patient has to meet for for an impatient bed amission. And it's that same type ofthe criteria that we are using to help support the hospital at home programs too.
