Is There Any Kind of Tax Situation Where Someone Isn't Filing Their Taxes?
No I've never heard of anyone being charged with running a professional gambling team but I also don't understand what the problem is. If he doesn't file his taxes that's that shouldn't be a problem for you. So if it is something like he's supposed to 1099 you for money he gave you or he's supposed to claim a 1099 for money you gave him, well as long as you declare the money it doesn't matter it shouldn't affect you. But since that person is really in business with you so to speak and has 1099s from you they will look at you more closely during the audit of the other guy. You could become more susceptible to audit
