You Can't Allow Negligent Behavior in Your Culture
If you allow the behavior, it becomes te culture, and then it becomes your process. And so you have to do something about it. You cannot allow negligent behavior, or else it will doom the success of your group. It will make sure that you are providing non quality work to the customer.
