The Convergence Between Practical Tool, Logic, and Commonsense

i think there's something to be said about a convergence between our gut feelings and the rule of law. The idea that as a principle, there's an accordance with our gut feelings, by en large, and a principle by which we can actually move forward is a very positive doment. So i do think that we should listen carefully to our intuitions. They are vertiginously ancient and tell us quite a lot,. I'm not in favour of legislating purely according to our intuition.
