The Fed Takes a Hawkish Pause, but Other Central Banks Are Still Hiking
The Bank of England surprising this morning with a 50 basis point hike. Overnight, the Swiss national bank hiked by a quarter point. These follow recent hikes across the globe from Norway to Australia. Could the US follow suit in a few weeks at that July meeting?
