The Four Types of Teams
Any group of people between 10 to 150 people that together would feel they belong to each other could be a business unit. If the company is 100 people, then the company is the base. There's this sweet spot of between 100 to 250. Around this order of magnitude is where people feel belonging and trust. And you have that base organized around business market product facing it.
