Are We Going to Have Three-Hour Blackouts?
There is an awful lot of distance between grid saying they expect supply to exceed demand and that worst-case scenario of three-hour blackouts. So there are various steps that would take place before there would be domestic customer blackouts. National Grid are just trying to roll the pitch for the eventuality that we would need to blackout because we don't have any gas or any electricity.
