How to Auto Convert a Sequence Date to a Varcar in Visual Studio?

If you are trying to auto convert a sequel date to a varcar, if you just basically cast it directly to a var car, it'll drop off the second. Command shift v can be used to copy something from one application and then paste it into another without adding matting. If you're putting the show notes together, for example, as we're compiling this episode, i wasn't able to find any documentation to support this, but for me, just command shift v worked in my case.
