The Boleyn's First Wedding

We know or believe that Anne and Henry engage in their first wedding on the 14th of November 1532. Catherine is then sent away from court and Anne is de facto queen. If you do the maths to Elizabeth is born, it's around Christmas time. So I think Anne falls pregnant fairly quickly. And then they have this excruciating period of two queens at court because Henry is certainly not free of Catherine yet. It must have been excruciating for both women at that time. But Anne really has the whole establishment against her. She also has a whole country who beloved their queen, Catherine, to contend with. The weight must have been crashing, to be honest.
