Interdisciplinariy Projects - Are They a Challenge?
The project was a challenge for me as a social scientist, and i would also say maybe as a woman leading this this project. It was a challenge not only to do inter disciplinary work, but do international interdisciplinary work. To get scholars who are at the top of their field to be willing to put the time and the leg work into that type of integration is really challenging. I think one of the challenges that i realized is that if you are truly interested in the integration, so the product that we were producing was going to be the innovation.
