The Importance of Faith in the Church
The first six or seven years were so hard. They were just grinded out difficult years. I call it a hundred times harder than getting a PhD in electrical engineering at Georgia Tech. There were so many issues, lots of chaos stuff now that if I recognize it's just pure culture class between all these diverse people. But the only thing I knew to do in those moments was to get on my knees and wash somebody's feet literally. Every time God would do something miraculous. He would heal, he would turn a conflict meeting into a time of prayer and worship. It was just amazing. And all we did is just remain faithful to everything that God asked us to do.
