The Importance of Ineffective Assistance of Counsel in a New Trial
He said he had ineffective assistance of counsel. The second point he says is his lawyer failed to introduce any evidence which would contradict the theory of motive. Third reason he says that he deserves an appeal in a new trial was the failure to introduce fingerprints and shoe prints into evidence. I think he brings up some interesting points, but I don't know that it changes my mind.
